I registered my vanners into Gypsy Vanner Club, all my vanners are named 'GV *interesting me genetic data* *conformation* M/S'

Edit: I am having the problem with already registered horses still showing on the list, although when registering just now I had one or two disappear but the rest stay, so not sure quite what's happening there! Sorry :)

In the User Log, where it says, 'Applied to register [Horse] in [club]', it doesn't mention the club at all. It states 'Applied to register [Horse] in.' So there is a full stop before the club name is mentioned :)

Edit: Replace [Horse] with a horse name, it doesn't actually say [Horse]

My issue with it seeming like there are zero horses registered with my group still not resolved. 

In the Chincoteage Club Sales Book, there are two pages. The first page shows up fine, but when I click on the second page button it goes to the 'Normal' Registered Horse Book. ;)

Edit: The 'Shilo' bug is still happening. This time it was in the Gypsy Vanner Club where I applied for this horse to be registered.

Edit 2: Are we supposed to be being notified when a club contest is created? I haven't got a notification for these (The Sabino Horse Society Contests).

Sorry for leaving this for so long, I've lost track of where I finished up investigating so if you are still experiencing your bug, please post below and link to your club.

This is still happening:

Horses that are already registered are not being removed from the list. Sometimes they will disappear but not always. I've seen this in multiple clubs including: http://www.equiverse.com/club.php?id=24, http://www.equiverse.com/club.php?id=95, and http://www.equiverse.com/club.php?id=99.

Summerset, what do you mean by they're not being removed?  Why are you expecting them to be removed?

I think Summerset is saying horses who have been registered, still show up on the 'horses eligible to register' drop down.

They are not being removed from the drop down list of horses eligible to be registered so I often get the error "This horse is already registered in this club, or has an application to be registered." 

I too seem to be applying to register a horse named Shilo yet this is the horse I am trying to register in the gypsy vanner club so I can add her to the club mascot contest

I also have several horses on all 3 of my accounts who ARE registered in clubs but still show on the list to be registered AND some of those are on the list twice as seperate horses. None of my horses have the same name as any of my others I am very careful about that.

I tried to enter some horses in this club contest, but no names are showing up on the dropdown. A few other members have reported it here.

Edit: Also there is a typo in the notification. Clicky...

Several members of the gypsy club have contacted me regarding issues registering their horses. They report putting in applications, then the applications either not showing up as pending, or vanishing at some later point (I'm not clear which it is, or if it's both). Either way, I never see their applications, or get a chance to accept or reject them.

I have a contest that I set up a while ago, which didn't get any entries, and I have no way to close it or reclaim the prize money that was reserved for it. This means I can only run one contest at once until I can close it.

The Shilo bug is also still occuring.
