*Club Bugs Masterpost

When I try to sort out club members by name, it works only for the first page of the list. When I go to the second page, the list is again not in alphabetical order.

@Birchwood.. Are they registered already with the old breed clubs? Seems that is why we are having some trouble registering.

* Any new clubs created should no longer be hidden from their owners - they should be in the list of Your Memberships in the Club House.
* Getting to clubs from your account page should be fixed.
* Ordering club horses should stick on pages 2 and beyond.
* I have attempted a fix for updating the club settings and getting an image error with regards to the badge.
* I have attempted a fix for horses not showing up in the registration dropdown when they are eligible.
* I have attempted a fix for disbanding clubs.

@Eliza - when you say "they don't work" - do they give an error message? does it just refresh the page as if nothing happened?  I've just tested adding member slots as an admin rather than as an owner and it seems to work fine, they all use the same function for unlocking a feature so I'm not sure what's going on.  Which club are you trying to do this in so I can see whether it's a club-specific error?

When I pay the monthly fee for the club on the bank page it works fine, but I'm sent to the club page afterwards. Would be good if I just stayed on the bank page in case I want to do other banking activities.

Also, a tiny niggly little issue that isn't really an issue: when the Gypsy Vanner Club got its member slots, it got an uneven number of them (435). Since I can only expand the member slots by 10 slots each time, it will always remain an uneven number. This isn't so much a problem as just something that bugs me. For reasons. XD Currently it's on 805 slots. Could you change this to either 800 or 810? Obviously not urgent. :P

* Hopefully any and all issues with owner permissions should be fixed.
* If you can't do something as an admin, please ask the club owner to remove you from the admin list and re-add you as it's a possible bug to do with group member permissions.
* Paying monthly fees for the club should now direct you back to the bank page.

As for member slots, I'll see about fixing that in future but it's not massively urgent right now :)

There's no error, the page refreshes like it's trying to update but everything stays how it was. The club is the EV Art Club. 
I've tried using both my mobile phone (safari) and google chrome on my laptop to the same results

Abbey, the original two are back, but no others. 

Can confirm disbanding clubs now works.

I go to pay the monthly fee for the Lippizaner Club and instead of taking my money it takes me back to the same page. That says you have not paid your monthly fee yet. 

Code is showing when attempting to add a layout/ pictures to my club.

Thank you for all your hard work, Abbey. the new layouts are really cool :)

is Double register allowed with this update? My horses that are registered with the QH club are not available to be registered with my new club. 

Can confirm BB code shows on club page as normal text. Only HTML has worked for me so far.

Tested with bolding some text with BB code after below fix. Appears to be working now.

* BBcode bug should be fixed (you will need to save your pages again).

Horses should be able to register in all clubs, I will look into what's going on.
