Tips on gaining Member Levels?

#111037 Posted on 2017-06-24 07:45:28

I haven't been playing long so I've been trying to tweak out how to keep myself from getting in the red (basically having negative earnings).

So far, I've figured out that having school horses makes for a small bit of profit and basically guarantees me a little money and experience.

I've been playing my hand at showing a bit, but my player experience is pretty low.

Is it better at low levels (thinking until I hit 6, 7 at least) to focus on school horses that give me guaranteed amounts of experience? Or should I be focusing more on showing?

Thank you for any help!

It does! I'm just trying to balance if it's worth the cost. My goal is to get some decent levels (6+) so I can actually breed and such before I focus on deciding on a particular breed/discipline.

So right now, I'm basically running a bunch of school horses (with no treats or tack) to keep down the costs. Most of them are rescues and I'm just running them for 10 hours a day each in various schools to make a little money. My plan is to switch to actively showing once I have a bit of a nest egg to kind of help cover the costs of getting my horses good enough at showing to be worth it.

Dont forget to play the games, collect junk (which you can in turn sell if you dont need it), and collect from the fountain.

Oh, thank you! I will make a note in my journal to do that.
