Coat Randomizer Malfunction?

#109593 Posted on 2017-06-17 14:51:48

So I used the coat randomizer on my black horse Nero to spice things up...but the randomizer didn't change anything.

Is this normal? Is there a chance with the randomizer that the coat will remain the same?

EDIT- I just read another post saying that the randomizer should not give you the same coat. What should I do?

Hello!
Assuming the Horse in Question is Spirited's Nero, your horse did actually change colors. He went from Gray (Black base, EE, GG), to straight Black with no Gray (Ee, gg). Th Image didn't change though because your horse is only a foal so the base coat of Black showed instead of the gray.

Ah yes, I made the mistake of not testing his genotype before using the randomizer. I did not see this change because I hadn't seen his genotype before hand. It makes sense that the randomizer would change the base. Thank you for clearing this up for me.
