*Moar backgrounds!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm loving all the new backgrounds and would love to see more. ♥ I think we'll probably be getting more in time, so this suggestion isn't about whether or not we should have more backgrounds, but rather just a place to brainstorm ideas for future backgrounds.

A few ideas of my own are below. Please add your own, and comment which ones you like.

- Driving cart background
Something like a grassed arena with either a buggy or beer wagon in the background.

- Gypsy vanner camp
A field or clearing in the woods with a traditional 'vardo' wagon, campfire, etc. Seasonal variants could work like the existing outdoor backgrounds, i.e. snow settled on branches for winter, bright green foliage for summer, wildflowers everywhere for spring, and red/gold/etc foliage for autumn.

- Seaside
A sandy beach with the ocean going to the horizon. Seasonal variants could include things like sunny blue skies for summer, a few fluffy white clouds for spring, stormy grey skies, rain and choppy water for winter, and flat grey skies for autumn.

- Eucalypt bush
Something like either the giant twisting gum trees or the denser, greener forest. Seasonal variants would be quite unusual since everything's evergreen, and Aussie seasons are quite different to those of the northern hemisphere. Autumn could be very misty, winter very wet, spring very green, and summer very dry and parched.

- Rainforest
Thick, lush green jungle, with vines and massive trees. Perhaps tropical birds and butterflies? Maybe a waterfall?

- English farm
A very traditional old-style English farm, with a pretty cottage in the background, a stone stable/barn and stone wall crossing the field, and maybe a wooden farm gate. Perhaps some animals in the field, like cattle or sheep?

- Fairy horse theme
Something like some wildflowers, grass and/or toadstools, but enormous so they tower above the horse, implying the horse is actually fairy sized. Or maybe the horse could actually be standing on the leaf of some sort of flowering plant.

- Japanese garden
Something like this perhaps? Seasonal variants are a must. Spring could show cherry blossoms, autumn the changing colours, summer would be lush and green, winter would have bare branches for the trees, and maybe also snow settled on things. Since Japanese gardens include a lot of conifers, but also deciduous trees, there would be a mix of green and other colours throughout the seasons.

- Christmas theme
A Christmas tree in a field. There should be both a summer and winter version, to reflect Christmas in both hemispheres. The winter one could look something like this, and the summer one could be a variant without the snow, and with a green field, blue sky, and leaves on all the trees. The Christmas tree should definitely have some horse themed decorations, like silver horseshoes.

How do people feel about unrealistic backgrounds, like underwater, or in space, or outside a hobbit hole, or in some fantasy realm?

I personally wouldn't support unrealistic backrounds, but yes, I clicky-clicked support for the normal ones :D

I'm not much of a fan of unrealistic backgrounds, but I love the realistic ones!

Some ideas:

An old rickety barn background
Parade background
Winner's circle theme
Some sort of cliff over water
A foggy pasture (like in Leisure Riding)
A large horse herd in  a field in the background.

^{I'd love some unrealistic backgrounds, just to make it a little more fun and interesting. And if you don't like unrealistic bgs just don't buy them. ;P}

I love all of the background ideas!

I'd love to see an Irish-y type farm sort of BG sort of like this

and a stud farm/traditional stables/fancy stables sort of background like this

and maybe a spanish sort of themed stables (think old style spanish/spanish riding school) background like this (i've been to the spanish riding school in jerez, and that big building is their indoor school - they have about 3 massive outdoors too)

and maybe something racehorse themed like a racing stables or a gallops

and also for driving horses, instead of going down the way of a cart, what about something like a pony trap or a scurry cart and if you're feeling adventurous, a chariot hehe

(I also think that a desert themed background would be cool, like pyramids or something Egyptian too)

I feel like we could have so, so much fun with backgrounds on EV :D

I like the idea of the 'pony trap' cart instead of what I said. That's actually what I was thinking of, but didn't know the name of it. :P

I also like the idea of a desert/Egyptian themed background, a Renaissance faire theme, winner's circle theme, and something with a traditional American-style red barn in the background.

I don't know how this will turn out but there could be a magazine background.
"Equiverse Times", with the horse on the cover, completed with typical tabloid headings everywhere.
Just thought it would be cute.

Halloween - definitely Halloween! I love all the ideas! I can't wait to see what's coming in the future!

since I'm a sucker for landscapes, I will probably go broke buying all of them (I already bought one of each of the ones in stores currently, send help ._.)

Love the Halloween idea. If that came out I would purchase several of them.
