hmm... help me pick a breed...

ok so once I reach my Arabian color goal I'm scrapping them and starting a new breed... I can't pick tho... halp
*ahem* I'm tired.
what should I breed?
Besides the Arabs, I already breed Shetlands, TBs, Chincos, and QHs (the QHs are locked on my spare).
Requirements n stuff:
-has to have at least as many colors as TBs (which rules out stuff like Freisans, Clydes, Lippys, ect.)
-has to have patterns too, not just colors
-the bald faces can't irk me- that's the only reason I didn't go with Tekes right away
-I will not breed TWHs or Mustangs, don't bother suggesting
-popularity doesn't matter, but I really don't want another super unpopular one like Shetlands... finding ones for sale is too hard that way
-I'm pretty interested in Trakes right now... are they worth it or not?

Sounds like Paints or Appys are your best bet. Best range of colors along with QHs and the ponies. Paints are one of the breeds roan looks best on, and the other patterns and markings look nice too.

I've been considering taking up Paints too. Because I'm insane and can't stop starting new breeds. xD

Edit: I do also support the Trake idea too. Those were my very first choice when I joined because I loved their artwork. Roan and tobiano look great on them. Not as many color options though.

Paints seem like a good choice for you! Lots of colors and patterns, and they all look good on them, unlike some other breeds.

also, if you ever need to scrap any Arabians I might be interested in taking them off your hands :)

I suggest Gypsy Vanners or Miniatures!!! :D

And if you want to scrap your Arabs, I'd also be willing to take them in. :3

I plan on keeping the Arabians until I manage to breed my color goal... once that horse is born, I'll treat him and such until he can be for stud (I'll use a Dagger if it's a mare) :D
Okay, so Paints, huh? I'll go check out how their bald faces look now, to make sure it doesn't "irk me" like the Teke's or Andy's.
