...I feel as though it's not an "all-time hall of fame" if the horses change every week or so due to them dying. Some of my horses were once on the hall of fame, but now they're dead, and their fame is lost. Thoughts?

Yeah, it's more 'all-time' in terms of all horses currently alive, not all horses that have existed in the game ever. It might be interesting to have another section for the most accomplished horses that have existed, rather than only ones alive right now.

I absolutely support this, and I think it was one of the things I mentioned in the 'how to improve EV' thread. In its current state it really reads more like a leaderboard than an actual 'Hall of Fame'. Might even have it include locked horses, though I don't especially care one way or the other on that.
