Darsa stepped out from the bushes. An injured rabbit was struggling to hop with one leg bleeding badly. She pounced... and landed on the rabbit. It looked at her with terror as she leaped, and it made her almost want to help it, save it. But that was nonsense. She ate quickly, then looked around for the rest of her pack. The heat was sweltering, and she wanted to return to the cool den. But she had to lead the pack in a hunt now, they desperately needed food. Rabbits couldn't support a pack as large as hers, they would be hunting elk. She headed towards the other wolves, saying, "Alright, is everyone ready?"

Hurricane laid down and fell asleep he was tired. He didn't wake up until midnight,he was still tired! He didn't tell anyone but he had been having really bad nightmares and couldn't sleep well. He looked around the hunters of the pack were out hunting the rest were sitting or standing around.
