ISO Paints

Looking for paints that me requirements below:
Must have roan!!!!!!
No whites please (I will look at whites maybe)
Prefered to have around (and above) appropriate stats (equations below; will look at lower stats)
•Equation for 3+ years old : (120 + (age × 30)) = stats
•Equation for 1-2 year olds: (100 + (age × 10)) = stats
•0 year olds: 100+ total stats
Must be foundation (may look at small lined)
Trained in no specialty or western

Paying about 100 per 10 stats (with appropriate stats)

Some of these guys are a few stats short of what you want, but are cheaper and all have roan and are western.
