IOS 2 2nd gen QH fillies

I'm looking for a few second gen quarter horse mares , preferably under the age of three and not yet set in a specialty. I would need the parents to have been set in western. Any color will do.

*Prefer foals under three without a specialty set yet.
*Parents must be Western.
*nonspelcialty stats must be under 60.
*parents must have 5 foals or less each.
*I prefer breeders that are known and respected for not over breeding their horses, but a new person who follows these rules would be fine too.
*Second gen foals only, aka, foundation horses foals. No higher generations.

I can pay in evd, or if the foal is really worth it, even 1-2 evc. thanks for reading.
