Across the wild plains of America and pretty, young woman raced her horse, her hair flying out behind her as she gripped the gelding with her legs and balanced confidently with her hands out to the side feeling the wind. They galloped towards a group of decorated tee-pees surrounded by horse pens containing many beautiful semi-feral mustangs. This was the Cherokee tribe settlement, famed across the grasslands for the best horses and strongest Chiefs.

Ameria
As they galloped she twisted her legs around Chavan signalling him to the right of the settlement towards the horse pens. Slowing down to a trot, she balanced off his back as the pace was uncomfortable with out a saddle. Reaching the gate of the pen she jumped off and opened the gate leading Chavan with a guiding hand on his neck, she steered him to the water trough and he took a big drink. The stripped bay looked up at her before spraying water towards her. She jumped back with a shriek and laughed, then waved her hands at the stallion telling him to get lost. He trotted off with a swish of his tail to the other horses.
Minghan
He exited his family tee-pee and rolled his powerful shoulders, he shaded his eyes from the sun and squinted looking at the Northern horse pen seeing Ameria with Chavan. He grinned at how she rode bareback then headed for the main community area to find some lunch and some conversation.

Anemy
Emy was being her usual, everyday, strange self digging at the ground near a cluster of trees a bit off from the camp. She seemed a bit frustrated at the fact that she couldn't find anything interesting, and looked around with a huff. She stood up with great stretch, glancing around for her trusty steed. There, fifty yards off, was her precious Lallo, grazing peacefully.
She released a loud whistle towards him, catching his attention immediately. The stallion threw his head up in a form of greeting, and hurriedly trotted over. His decorated mane flowing in the small breeze.
Maska
Maska was already heading out toward the main community as well. He caught sight of his dear sister being her strange self and sighed to herself, rubbing the back of his neck. "She's never going to get married." He muttered to himself. He knew better. His sister was more interested in the idea of nature and spirits than people themselves.

Ameria
The young woman jumped out of the horse pen and jogged towards the middle of camp, her plaits bounced on her shoulder as she ran, she was hungry after being out on Chavan all morning. She told her father, the chief that she'd been checking the close camp border but really she just went for a gallop. She spotted Maska and raised her hand in greeting with a smile "hey Maska, how goes it?" She knew he worried about his sister who was not such a little girl any more, she was only a year or two younger than Ameria but was totally uninterested in marriage. Ameria on the other hand was ready to find someone to love.
Minghan
The out going lad reached the fire pit, Maska and Ameria were there too, he watched the chiefs daughter with admiration, he quite fancied her himself but knew the chief would never accept any advances from him. The chief thought Ming was too wild and it didn't help that his mare Tamia kept causing fights with the chiefs stallion.

Maska
"It is another day, yet I run into the same problems." He said simply, gazing at Emy as she jumped onto Lallo bareback. He brushed his long hair aside, and turned his attention back down to the chief's daughter in front of him. Maska offered a small smile, "Enough of me, how are you?" He asked politely. Unlike the others, he was in no rush for marriage, but that was likely because he hadn't had any romantic relations quite yet.
Anemy
Emy adjusted herself on Lallo's back, and wrapped her hand around his mane. She took a moment to brush her free hand along his neck before kicking her legs. Lallo took off toward the camp without much encouragement. She sighed happily as the wind whipped though her braided hair. She headed straight for horse pens, hoping her brother had not seen her come in. She was sure she was seen leaving though, she couldn't take anymore of his lectures.

Ameria
She followed his gaze to Emy "do not worry, she has not reached her true age up here" she tapped her temple "but she will when her spirit is ready". Ameria was confident in Emy and respected her connection with the spiritual world, 'she would make a good healer if that was the path she chose' she thought. She looked back to Maska who was very much a brotherly figure to her as she had no brothers of her own, "im good, need to meet The Chief this afternoon, I think he wanted a hunt to go out today".
Minghan
He sat by the fire pit and pulled a piece of smoked jerky from the drying racks, there wasn't much as the last hunt had been poor but it was tasty. Ming looked up as Ameria mentioned a hunt, he wanted to get out hunting again but needed to fix his head piece of Tamia's bridle, she'd torn it the other day whilst tied up and in a temper. Ming got up and walked to Maska and Ameria "hey, may I join you?" he respected Maska and Ameria so was polite rather than just getting involved.

Maska
The man nodded towards Ameria, a bit eager to go out hunting as well. He turned his body slightly so he could face the both Ameria and Ming. He offered a brotherly smile towards the slightly younger man, and dropped a hand on his shoulder as a powerful pat. "Why of course, my friend. There is no need to ask me." He chuckled, his eyes trailing over his shoulder to his sister, watching her put Lallo into the horse pen sneakily. "Anemy!" He called.
Anemy
Emy froze just as she was closing the gate, and patting her horse in farewell. Her dark eyes trailed over to her very mature brother, and she offered a sheepish smile in his direction. Based off of his stern expression though, he wasn't having any of it. She groaned softly, and reluctantly went to jog over. "Hello Ameria... oh and Ming! Hello!" She greeted desperately as she began to approach, the different decorations in her braids hit each other with a soft ticking sound. She prayed that one of them would save her from one of Maska's many lectures, and shot them a look.

Ming
The young man grinned at Maska, "so how goes it?" he asked them both, "I accidently overheard the mention of a hunt" he looked slightly sheepish at this admission, eavesdropping was very frowned upon in the tribe. As Anemy joined the group he gave her a grin, the spirited girl always amused him "find anything interesting this morning?" he teased. He knew Maska's concern for his wayward sister and liked to wind him up a little.
Ameria
She nodded to Ming "correct, I believe The Chief wanted a hunting party to go out, I must go meet him soon." She looked towards the largest tee-pee in the camp which had elaborate painted lines around it showing the rest of the tribe that it was an established family with a long history, each new generation would paint a new symbol or line upon it to show the continuation of the family. This is where Ameria currently lived but she hoped for her own house when she was married, building a tee-pee was always a new couples first challenge. As Anemy joined the group she smiled but then frowned at Ming's unhelpful comment, "enough of that" she gave him a pointed look and continued, "I need a few people to come on a hunt and other people to collect firewood along the way, would you join us?"

Agasga
Agasga was placed silently in the grass, back leaning against the rather thin trunk of a tree that she was unfamiliar with the name of. Her chocolate orbs were set on the far away village of tee-pees; her home. But her mind was up in the clouds, her body unable to really feel anything as she sat there, lost in thought.
She was never particularly... social, within the tribe. And she preferred to spend her time away from the hustle and bustle of the other teenagers and members of the tribe. Her horse was typically the only friend she chose to keep around. Some kids would try to make conversation with her, but she would push them away, most of the time not on purpose. But there were the few annoying or obnoxious or just plain fake people that she preferred to not have in her company.
Adahy
Ada ran his tough-skinned fingertips lightly along the soft hair of his stallion's neck, grasping the longer hairs in two fingers briefly before moving along. Ada's dark eyes watched what he could see of the stallion's face, noticing each flick of the ear and blink of the eye, flare of the nostril and twitch of the whisker. Ada took great fascination in that of the equine. They were amazing creatures, he had always thought so. Ever since he was a young boy, he was heavily involved in anything and everything in the tribe that had to do with their precious horses.
He received Gawonii, the stallion he was currently seated upon, at the age of eleven. He was a gift from his father, before he left to fight in the war. After that, Ada considered Gawonii the closest thing he had left to his father, as he was killed while in battle.

Ameria
Ameria looked around at her friends and decided she best go see the Chief now and confirm the plan for a hunt, "Ill will return in a moment" she said and trotted off to the main tee-pee. She rang the bell on the post outside the home then poked her head inside and let her eyes adjust to the dim interior, "hello Chief, may I speak to you for a moment?" she smiled at her father. Even though he was her dad she still referred to him as Chief as a sign of respect. As she was invited in she made sure to close the flap of the tee-pee and quickly sat in front of her father cross-legged, "you mentioned a hunt was needed, I have tribesmen who are willing to go today"
The Chief
He was busy reading the scroll that had arrived a few days earlier from the Shawnee tribe would lived just north of the Cherokee, they were a friendly tribe with several family links to the Cherokee due to young people meeting when the tribes met and eventually marrying. A beam of sunlight suddenly hit the scroll as the flap of his tee-pee was opened, he squinted and put a hand to his face, rather annoyed at the interuption. However as the intruder spoke he realised it was Ameria, his eldest, "come in girl and close the door" he said gruffly, he looked up at her pretty face and sharp, intelligent eyes and his mood improved "what is it?" He smiled down at her, 'she's good at noticing jobs that need to be done, she'll make a good Chief's wife eventually', "yes Ameria that would be good, I will not join you, find another elder to accompany you"

Anemy
Immediately her attention was locked on Ming. Not truly understanding his intention in asking, she found it as an excuse to rant. "Absolutely nothing to be found! It appears I have dug out my searching grounds, perhaps I should find another on the other side of camp." She shrugged her shoulders slowly. She could feel her brother's hard gaze on her face, so she simply avoided eye contact. She twisted her fingers around one of her long braids, picking at the bone. "It was a sign, I'm sure."
Maska
He sighed loudly, resting his palm against his forehead in exasperation. "Emy... have you ever wondered that it was perhaps a sign that you should stop with this obsession?" He questioned. He glanced off in the direction was where the chief's daughter ran off to, then back to his sister as she pondered the question.

Ameria
Reappearing from the tents she ran over to the group and grinned "everyone..." she looked at each of them "The Chief wants a hunt to go out, whose keen to join?". It would be good to get out of camp and gallop with her friends "we also need an senior tribesman to join us..."
Minghan
Ming smiled at Anemy's obsession "Maybe you should! Would make sense to find a new area for discoveries" he said with a teasing laugh but not to be mean. As Ameria reappeared he watched her come over, "great, I will join, Tamia needs a run"

Anemy
Emy grinned at Ming, taking his teases quite literally. She was glad at least someone didn't criticize her for her curiosities. She turned slightly to look at Ameria. "I would like to come! It has been awhile since I've accompanied the others for a good hunt." She bounced in place, eager to discover new places and hopefully new things. She finally glanced over at Maska with a raised brow.
Maska
He sighed once again, he knew exactly why she wanted to tag along. He nodded toward Ameria, "Both of us will join you." He agreed, crossing his arms across his broad chest. His approval pleased Emy, and he knew that. Just this once, he was going to cut her some slack. "My own stallion has been restless, I haven't taken him out yet."

Ameria
Ameria grinned at her friends, "great, let's get a few more people together and prepare horses, shall we meet at the northern gate when the sun is a quarter way to the west peak?" When the sun reached the closest western peak it was around 5:00pm, it was now 12:00pm and would be around 1:00pm when they would meet back with the horses ready. Looking for nods of approval from the group she thought of which senior would come with them.
Minghan
Giving Ameria a nod, he turned and walked off to the horse pen i thought I saw Adahy here earlier, maybe he'd like to join he lent on the fence and whistled Tamia, looking around for other people.

Adahy
Ada turned his head to look behind him as he heart the faint sound of footsteps and then a whistle. A ways behind him at the fence of the horse pen was Minghan. Wanting a bit of human company, Ada cued his horse into a walk, turning him around in a tight circle so that he moved toward Minghan.
"What's up?" Ada asked curiously as he neared Minghan, stopping Gawonii and dismounting so that he was at eye level with his friend. He offered a warm smile and leaned against the stallion as he took an interest in chewing on the grass he stood upon.
