BLM Mustangs

I am quite certain Sale Authority horses are allowed to go directly to Canada. Every IA (internet auction) people on the BLM mustangs to Canada facebook page will post all of the SA horses. The official BLM rule is that horses stay in the USA until titled, but these horses essentially come with titles at purchase (though they're bills of sales, not actually titles). Any horse passed over in 3 auctions becomes SA as well as any horse over 10 years old. There are quite a few 3yos in Fallon that are SA. I couldn't find anything official on the BLM page, but it's definitely worth a phone call if you're really interested.
