I've only found them on the rides, but I suspect they might be available in places like the fountain and junk yard. Just a guess though.

Ah, I guess that would make sense. Kind of expected them to pop up like the snowballs did in December.

Oh well I suppose, glad it isn't just me who noticed. I'll just have to keep putting them horses to work hiking the hills! :)
