If I were to become president of a club, what all would i have to do to take care of the club, members and horses?

1. Accept or reject registry applications - requirements vary. Some clubs accept every horse and others have a minimum point requirement. You don't get notifications, so you have to check the club page pretty frequently.

2. Come up with contests. Look at the Official Equiverse Club section for inspiration from other clubs - Raise a Foundation, Mascot contests, I Spy, art contests (usually less popular), scavenger hunts and others. This promotes activity within the club.

3. Run Club Mega Shows. These don't seem to be working right now, but creating mega shows earns money for the club. A mega show has one show in every level of every discipline.

4. Use club newsletters and forum posts to communicate. A newsletter is like a group message you send out. You can only send one per day, and you can't include any images or clickable links (or any kind of code at all, like bold or underline). In the forum post, you can. Subscribe to the forum post you create to keep up with everyone who responds.

5. Maintain a list of breeders - in DWB, our list is divided by discipline. Each list has the member's name in a clickable link along with what they emphasize - stats, color, and/or conformation. For instance, one might say:

Demure - Stats (show jumping; driving), Color (Non gray, roan)

You can also update the club layout and club card if you want.

That's it, in a nutshell!
