First Foal Born Stats Update!

I posted a topic asking a question on how many stats the foal I was waiting for would have, since both parents are over 600 stats. Most people told me around 300-320 stats. That foal was born today, and I was amazed at the stats it did have...

I got a Flaxen Gold Champagne stallion with 513 stats! I was expecting a lot less. He is a local 4.

The cross that I did was from 2 young horses, a 9 year old mare and a 4 year old stallion. So I am excited to see what stats the next foal from this cross will have when I breed them again when they are in their late teens (16+ years old).

I did buy another mare, and I did breed her to the same stud, the only difference with this mare is, although only being 9 years old, she has over 800 stats. Like the other breeding, this will be her only foal until late teens.

the new formula for determining stats is still something that we are learning. Prior to the recode, it was a simple (mare+stallion)/4 formula. now it seems to be much more varied!
