GUYSSSSSSS I'M SO EEXITEDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!! I just got a new violin! I'm sure not all of you are into music, but this means a lot to me. This violin cost $8000, and car trips. It takes about two hours, fifteen min. to drive there and I was so. bored. in. the. car. We're still choosing a bow and case, i'm just really happy about getting this violin, It was made in Mittenwald by Aubert Lutherie, and if you don't already know, he's won various violinmaking competitions. Just needed to rant, so I won't be like EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In real life. I will probably be posting pictures of the violin, i'm not quite sure, though. I will bump this topic when I do, just be patient, my life is quite busy.

That's awesome! I've played cello for almost half my life now lol, but I still only preform on my cheapo little student instrument. I totally get the excitement, I'd be bouncing off the walls too haha

I play both Acoustic and Electric guitar so I totally get the excitement! Never paid that much for one though. I think the highest I paid was $575 but that was for a limited edition guitar that is now worth over $20,000. So, I'm glad I bought it when I did. It's become my favorite Acoustic guitar in my collection. I have approximately 12 guitars though there might be more. Let's just say I lost count at 12.

Anyways, congrats and best of luck with your new violin. I'd love to see a picture!

Thank you all for the support, I just HAD to rant, because of the sound of this violin. When someone calls me from the other room, I literally can't hear them, and they walk in to the room yelling I NEED YOU!!!!
