I had a mustang foal that was recently born that does not have flaxen color but its gene includes the ff gene. Should this foal have flaxen color?

flaxen just doesn't exhibit on amber cream champagne dun. i made an amber cream champagne dun mustang in the custom horse maker and the flaxen didn't show there, either.

I believe flaxen is only visible when on a chestnut based horse. Since your horse is bay based, the flaxen isn't visible.
