HARPG/Made Up Breed?

Okay so I was thinking, since I'm not really involved in harpg groups or breed groups on deviantart, as much as i would like to be. Maybe we could have one on ev. I don't know too much about them, so I wouldn't be a great leader or organizer, but I can try my best to help and stuff.
For example, the horses gain points/stats from the art it has, although maybe they would have a webpage on your personal website instead of posting every time on the forums though. We could have shows and the stuff where you can win evd, evc, or art, winners based on the points/stats they have.
I'm open to suggestions or people that want to help put this thing together :D
