Help me please

so I am working on a new character that I have dreamt up for a while now but there is one thing wrong. I cant get his cloak right!!!



if anyone can please help me with this I would really apriciate it, the angle of his head makes it hard for me to do, I will even pay someone to do it, 200k to do it

I can probably mess around with a sketch if you'd like.

if you could that would be awesome, it would really help me and I can pay for your time or I can pay you the 200k to do it.

It's no big deal, I don't have much else to do at the moment and sketches/lines are relatively easy to do. Just send me the file for it and if you have a picture of what you want it to generally look like. (If you want it to be an assassin's creed cloak or just a cloak, any extras you might want a sketch for, etc)
