ISO Layout and/or Character

Hey there!
I am looking for a Disneyland inspired layout and maybe a character...
I used to work for the Disneyland resort at the Circle D Corral, with the horses.
(Hence my name, Cast... as in Cast Member)

I don't have a ton of money to spend so message me so we can come up with something in my price range?
Maybe we can trade?
