Looking for a layout maker ASAP!

It's been a whiles since I've been on EV, looking for another layout. :)

Not looking for a super difficult layout - something simple-ish and beautiful is all I'm looking for. Must be coded (as I cannot code for the life of me).

Wanting to pay in EVC (as that way I can pay more! :D) Specifically looking for someone who's willing to LOOK at my semi-pro photos of my mare and possibly TRY to put them into the layout!
