The war of magic

I've been thinking for days about this new roleplay so here's what I'm thinking (turns on narration voice)
This world is filled with magic, and filled with wonders beyond belief. To the east lays the fishing village of Terragon along full of magic wielding elves, humans, dwarves, you name it. These wizards live for one thing: to hunt, capture and tame dragons. The dragons live to the west in the mountains of the Spine mountains where many large limestone caverns lay. It is even rumored that on the tallest mountain lays a gigantic cave where they go to nest. No villager has lived to tell if the legendary site is true or not. At the age of 15 in the village of Terragon it is a right of passage to capture and tame your first dragon alone. The dragons of the wild are known to be of all different shapes sizes and colors, and many can talk to humans, but even they never mention anything about their wild brethren's nesting site for it is forbidden. What will be your fate? Will you die trying to gain honor and respect capturing a dragon from Spireton? Or will you aim to smite the evil villagers of Terragon?

Some other info-
-Dragons can be caught and sold (please don't try to catch a dragon without giving them a chance to escape so if they don't want their dragon captured they can run)
-15 year olds usually don't catch dragons until they are 20, 17 at least
-there is no ruling king or queen on either dragon or villager side so please don't make yourself one
-dragons can have any type of breath as long as it isn't op
-magic users please have some kind of weakness to your magic so it isn't op, I want to keep things balanced
-dragons are allowed to raid the village just don't completely destroy it
-dragons call the ledgendary cave site Spireton only it is also a home for most dragons (villagers can't reach it easily)
-dragons can use weak types of magic

-be polite (outside of rp)
-homosexuality is allowed but please don't get too carried away :)
-have fun
-nothing too sexual
-if more than 80% of role players agree we will do a time skip of a selected amount of time

Description- A tall (6' 4) red haired, lime green skinned elf. Her eyes are a sparkling purple. Her typical clothes is a long sleeved, tight fitting brown shirt and a black skirt with tight fitting shorts sown on them. The front of her skirt stops at her knees but the back goes to her calves. She always wears a dragon tooth necklace to remind her of how she almost caught a dragon
Personality(optional)- she is a very serious girl with ambition and pride. She is relentless at what she puts her mind to

(Detailed) description- a sun yellow dragon standing 17 feet tall from claw to horns. Three small horns lay on her muzzle and two just above her ears. Her body is marked with dark orange tabby markings that fade the lower they go. Her tail is long and thin ending with three small spikes along the top of it.
Personality (optional)- she is a dragon that is constantly alert and quite talkative, often watching over hatchlings

Description- A tall muscular male that towers at a height of 6'2", he has pitch black hair with dark violet tips that sits to one side and is shaved short on the back of the neck. Hazel eyes, a large pointy nose, and thin lips feature his face. He normally wears a plain black shirt and a brown leather jacket and dark blue jeans with brown boots.

Description- A white dragon with blue scales dotting from behind the horns on his head to the tip of his tail. He stands at 18 1/2 feet tall from claw to horns. Two spiraling horns of an ebony color protrude from the top of his head. One small ebony spike protrudes from his muzzle between his nostrils and five similar spikes run from the tip of his tail to halfway to the base.
