I need a mare to breed my Cinder with

.must have 950+ Stats and under 70 non specialty (driving) stats
.rare colors are a plus
.conformation no lower than 80
.i need her in 3 weeks, a day before Cinder turns 21
.i can pay lots/offer a breeding to Cinder in exchange

She has 80 in non-specialty stats, but other than that, she fits all your requirements. :3 I can age her back a week as well. :)

Seems like I got the math wrong, so lace is actually 2 years older than cinder. It would be amazing if you were willing to lock lace for a week

So, that's a yes? I'll just move her to my Retirement Acres to lock her along with a fine Friesian stud that's locked away till his mate is aged up. :)
