image: (your own or include manip form) manip form
text box info: (number, size, placement, labels, etc.) 5 text boxes, a long one down the left side to display my tags, and then 4 next to them for me to place seperate information.
font preferences: (family, size, color, etc.) whatever looks best!

manips,
background: (general idea or specific stock image) forest with a river, can it look a little magical? if possible xD
subject(s): (general idea or specific stock images) my two charries, Tanqueray & Klown
theme: (colors, etc.) greens! :D
any text?: My name and ID number.

image: I dont have one picked out, but I was thinking of a horse being bashful. (something cute, I would like a layout to go along with my name, BashfulCupcake) If you could use one of my charries that would be awesome. charrieOrLily
text box info: 3 text boxes like you have in your examples, 1 about m, 1 for tags, and 1 horse charries.
font preferences: Something cute. My favorite colors are grey, darker blue, black, pink
