ISO Artist to Revamp Ref [2.5 mill]

My oldest character is in need of a revised reference sheet.



Requirements:
-Don't change his design too much
-Credit Ella Stables for the design
-Custom, one time use lines I don't want free lines or for you to use this lines on other characters.
-Quarter Horse, Mustang, or Warmblood build (or any mix of the three if you wanna go crazy).
-No shading!!!
-Single sided is fine.
-Must show the facial markings clearly, I'd like the broken blaze to be lightened to a more white color (maybe 2-3 shades lighter).
-No crazy body positions, just a nice side profile like he currently has.
-Must be digital, must be high quality work.

Would like:
-A primitive dun dorsal stripe added.
-The markings on the tail and face to blend with the body/each other more smoothly. (See the bunny tag that Cinch did of him).
-An eagle added as a companion.
-His hooves to be a more realistic color

Aglet why would I want to do this for you?
The answer is simple, cause I will pay you 2.5 mill to do it. I'm willing to pay more if I think the art is worth it. I will not pay until it is complete.
