I don't see them for sale in the General Store, but the Item Catalog lists them as being $150 each. I know you can get them in Tack Boxes, but what if you just need one or both of them, without a saddle or bridle? Is there any way to purchase them on their own, other than lucking out and finding them in the Item Market?

They are probably out in the General Store. Every hour the store gets restocked, at least it did in the old EV, hopefully it works the same way. I would check back to see if they are restocked soon.
