Help! Should I Buy This Tablet?

I've never had one before, but dabbled with a friends' a couple times. but I am a drawer and a painter, and am very good with the mouse when it comes to manips, but really wanna learn to start using a tablet.

I found a Wacom Artist tablet for only $60, and just need to know if it's a good one to start with. My big focus is learning to paint manes, so I need good pen pressure.
