Roller Skating- Blades or Skates???

I am going roller skating tonight and I can't choose between blades, which have 3-4 wheels on the middle of your foot, Or skates which have 4-6 wheels on the sides. I have only gone skating at a rink 2 times. I had skates that I used on our basketball court, but my sister left them out and my 4 dogs got them. I do have some experience. I even beat my Dad in a race. The last time I went skating was on October 28, 2016. Not that long ago! Anyway, what do you guys think. Say BLADES if you think I should use blades and SKATES if you want me to try skates. After I get home from skating I will let you know IF I CAN what I used. But I have a life so don't expect me to be on ALL DAY. :)

I personally prefer blades, but my mother likes skates better. :)

I prefer blades, I feel they are much easier to maneuver in.
