ISO: Layout

I'm currently looking for a layout that's simple, mainly for displaying art services, top horses, characters etc. Maybe a banner on the top? Maybe in the 150-250k range? I like it if you could maybe link some of your past work and deviantart. I'll message the artist I'd like to use. If I choose you, I'll email you what I'd like. Thanks.

I can code simple or detailed.
Prices are
100k ~ full page layout - no manip/you provide it
200k ~ full page layout - includes everything
50k extra ~ CSS code (like my layout)}

Thing is, you're account is basic so you wouldn't be able to have my kind of layout. If you got deluxe, you'd have more options for layout styles.
