ISO Design DESPERATE

I am looking for high quality desings. I tend to go for basics coats with long, complicated manes.
If there are many interested I could turn it into a contest, it will have many art prices as I am kind of broke^^"

Things I like:
- Long and complicated manes
- Companions, whatever you decide to make keep in mind the things I really don't like are on horses and their companions.
- Juwelery, long strings of chiffon and weapons are a big plus.
- Horns, you can put horns everywhere^^


Things I disgust:
- Loud paints/ appy's are a big no no.
- Neon colours, no just... Just don't c;

Price is negotiable, I'm expecting to pay around 100k-750k for a design I am in love with. Or if you prefer, I could make you a costum something.

I can make a base design, and you can add whatever you'd like as far as jewelry wise? Basically you're asking for a character with add-ons, I can only give you a design.

Sorry tree but thats too basic. I love the drawing, the expression on the horses face is done great but I am looking for an odd coat colour which must NOT be neon or appy or paint. And a difficult tail, I want the tail to be multi coloured but I dont want it to be a rainbow coming out of its bum.
I will be making its art in the future it needs to be a challenge for me.
