I lost my entire herd, i thought i locked it.help!

If you forgot to lock it, and all your horses are deceased, I'm not sure if mods will revive them. The only ways if that if they died before 22 years old, you can revive them with credits at the credit shop, using the Spectral Draught. Otherwise, I don't think there's any other chance.
