Layout

Not sure if it's too soon, but has anyone mastered the art of making layout coding that suits the new site? Looking for a completely new layout.
Interested in:
a full layout (header cover + side cover)
quality, original coding
layout image optional, I can make it if it suits your time better
if you do make the layout image it must be quality work
permission for me to change layout image down the road, credit for your coding will of course be kept and the coding won't be edited. This isn't a requirement but I'd prefer it
must have examples
