ISO: FULL layout

Hi guys! I've always been kinda meaning to find a good layout, but I didn't really have the funds to get one before. But I figure now is a good a time as any!

What I'm looking for:
- Someone to work with me in creating a colour scheme and layout (obvs). I'm thinking maybe two boxes at the moment?
- Will need a manip as well for the header
- You MUST be able to code

What I have to offer:
- EVC (preferably)
- EVD
- Art (recolours, ref sheets... I can't draw to save my life)

*Or a mixture of EVD/EVC, but mostly EVC. I like my game money and I don't want to see it disappear ;o

I recommend 'strider #101820. She created the manip and did all the coding for my adorable layout. (Head to my Home page & check it out.) I requested that my layout have only 1 big text box, but she can definitely give you 2 boxes if that's what you'd like. She was great to work with. So friendly & she had great ideas!
