ISO: Completely Custom Ref

Hello!

It is time I finally find someone to make me a 100% custom reference sheet for my real life horse, Scout. He is my first horse, and very special to me, so I want something perfect for him. This means, completely custom lines and everything. I'm not huge on shading, so something with "flat shading" would even be fine. However, I want a pose that fits his personality. He is a relaxed, extremely well-behaved gentleman, and needs something just that. He's a yearling, so the lines need to be the build of a yearling. I have lots and lots of photos you can work off of if needed. He's a truly simple guy, but I want any and all details on his coat incorporated into his official image. This includes his black tipped ears, slightly lighter underside, blond tail streaks, pink nose, half star, everything.

Money is truly not an issue to me. I can honestly buy as many EVC as you may want (don't go crazy, though), and roughly 500k to spend on this (although I could sell a few credits here and there to increase the amount of EVD I have).
