Meet Kiara

#59336 Posted on 2016-08-06 18:31:22

Meet Kiara my new female 3 1/2 month old kitten. We just got her today, at Petco. Her previous name was Monique, which didn't fit her. For those who don't know, Kiara is the daughter of Simba and Nala from the Lion King.

Kiara (my kitten not the character lol), has big ears, and a very proud, curious loving personality. She's also very playful.

She is in no way a replacement for Cleo, as always Cleo will remain in my heart always. Kiara does resemble Cleo quite a bit, but she has a different tabby pattern. As well as less silver.

And now pictures. Top pic is sideways for some reason.

So cute! I used to raise kittens (who didn't have moms) from shelters and rescues with my mom. They were pains but all of them survived, thankfully (which I heard was kind of uncommon when you hand feed them, not sure if that is true or not). I also bought a cat that was pregnant from a family who was moving. They are cute and are extreme trouble makers! XD

I had a husky named Kiyara (based of the Lion King, we spelled it different though). When she died and I got another husky and named her Nala. I love the Lion King!

Thanks everyone! She's a handful, but I love her!

@Salvatore Piaffe: I agree they are a handful. I'm glad to see more Lion King fans!

@Gaia: Yeah, I'll be uploading some more pictures of her tomorrow. She likes walking on my laptop, and watching the mouse/cursor move around the screen. I have several pictures of her 'playing' with it.
