CSS coding help/Partner

I'm really interested in learning the basics of CSS coding with full manipulation layouts OR a partner who will do the CSS coding for me but you MUST be active and get the job done, each time you code something you'll get 200k of the profit if so. I have two layouts that need coding, so if someone wants to earn a quick 400k let me know.

*raises hand* I can do it! I've been coding layouts here in html so far as a habit from old EV where css was not allowed, but I can code in css just fine and can do so quite quickly.
