Horse levelling up?

Hi, I had a question about how to level up you horses. Sometimes when I am trying to train my horses, a little arrow (eg. —> Aristocrat) will come up next to the name. Then when I am train them, it says that their progress is 100% and that I am over the exp requirement, if that makes sense. I'm not sure what this means or how to level them up?

you need to go to the horse's page and manually click on the "use stat boost" icon.
that will give them the boost they earn after 10 days of training, and will allow you to train them again :)
