What program do you use for your manipulations?

Hey everyone!
So the last program I bought was Photoshop elements 7. I lost the serial number for it, but figured it was time for an upgrade anyways. I have plenty of money to spare this paycheck, so I'm looking for a program others would recommend for me to get back into the game! Thanks in advanced for the help!

I use GIMP... it's a completely free, open-source program with all sorts of extras that you can choose to add on. I like you lost my 'subscription' to Photoshop but I could not afford to pay for a new one, thus I found GIMP. It does everything PS can do in my opinion, and honestly I prefer it over PS now. (actually tried PS again a while back and hated it, but that's just my opinion) All the brushes and stuff you can download for PS or any saved PS files can be opened with GIMP.
I use GIMP for everything - manips, tags, editing personal photos, etc. My DA is linked on my page if you want to see examples. Everything on there has been edited with GIMP except maybe 2-3 of my oldest manips.

I primarily use Photoshop CS5. I also got Clip Studio Paint because it has a couple of other neat tools.

Other ones I know of are PaintTool SAI and FireAlpaca (FireAlpaca is free).
