So, I've always kind of like drawing humans when I get bored with horses, but it wasn't until recently that I really started to see myself improve when it came to anatomy and such. I love working with faces and hair, but the hands absolutely kill me, as I cannot for the life of me figure out how to draw them right. Anywho, below is a piece I completed today of my human character, Rune Silvers. I figure a lil' critique from y'all couldn't hurt. :)

This isn't something I'd usually be very interested in, as I prefer animal art, but actually, this is pretty good! It's different, and I love the hair! You can definitely draw hands better than me; I'm absolutely rubbish at drawing them.

Its a very great piece! And your hands are amazing, other than your fingers are a bit thin on the hand under her ponytail, and on the otother hand she is missing a finger. Other than that, the head seems a bit big, kinda throwing the look off. But it is still amazing! My humans suck, XD.

This is fantastic! At risk of sound weird, I love the hands, I think getting hands just right is very difficult. Great job!

Look's great! Good job! I love how you use both markers and colored pencils (right?) to give a "textured" look to you art. It gives the jacket an actual jean look. You did a nice job on getting the shading right on the jacket, too. Using the markers gives the hair a kind of sleek look. Overall, good job and nice job on the hands! What type of markers do you use?
