Critique Please.

Alright! So I am looking for a bit of anatomy critique. I don’t really see anything that is terribly off but if anyone has any spots they see are off or suggestions that would make it look better let me know. Hair and eyes tend to be where I struggle the most and I am trying to get better at them so let me know if you have suggestions for those for sure. I am going to use this little form posted to help.

What program do you use? aPaint Tool Sai and sometimes PS CC for edits and effects

What drawing tool do you use? Wacom Pro Large

What do you feel you struggle the most with? Hair and eyes. I prefer my messy painterly lines though even though they aren’t exactly clean lines. I think they lend themselves to the style.

What do you feel you're already good at? In general the overall face not including eyes. Especially the nose.

What have you noticed you need to work on? Eyes and hair for certain.

What help are you looking for? Tutorials, suggestions, tips and tricks basically all of the above.

It looks very good, the one suggestion I have is to make the ends of the hair into more pointed strands. The way they end in square shaped makes the hair look very unevenly chopped off.
