[ADDED] *Random Auto Showing

Would it be possible to have a "random" choice for auto-showing? I guess you kind of do get random if you select cheapest or most expensive, but I've noticed that when I do "highest entries" I end up paying less, and when I choose "lowest entries" I end up paying more. I'm not sure if that's just a coincidence, but that's what I've noticed.

Anyway, if there was a random button, I"m assuming if I chose that then over time, I would get a mix of cheap, expensive, low entry and high entry shows for my horses.

That is because most people are using the first option (cheapest).

Therefore the cheapest shows have the most entries; and the expensive shows have fewer entries ;)

Honestly just moving cheapest from being the automatic choice, would probably fix this problem. Then more people might choose other options rather than sticking with cheapest.

I don't get why people want to enter the cheap shows, after all the higher the cost to enter the more prize money in the end. Of course if your just starting out I understand, but after that it just makes more sense to enter expensive shows. Just my opinion :)

I've been doing most entries for the points (therefore doing the cheapest); however I think most people are just auto showing without any strategy.

I just show my horses, the cheaper option is the one selected by default so... I don´t really care about the money when entering my horses, I just want them to show :) I like the idea of random selection, in fact I would like that one to be the pre-selected option :)

I didn't mean to say that the other options should be removed and it go back SOLELY to random, if that's what anyone thought I meant!

I have store horses for showing right now. Picking cheapest means that if they suddenly stop being competitive as they move up levels, I am not out a lot of money. Picking 100 a day is also a nice easy number to math on. Math hates me (I have Dyscalculia). - So yes, those picking cheapest do have some strategy.

I'd just like to have it even out so I have some cheap, some expensive, some with a lot of entries and some with a few entries.

I always pick highest entrie to make sure that my horses are entered into shows in which they earn stats.

I sometimes have 980 evd spent, but mostly just 200 evd spent.

(spent or spend, me does not know?)

I was just about to suggest this or even a random show entry for shows over say 3 places? At the moment I hate trying to auto show as I tend to end up either with no stats (not enough horses entrered) or multiple of my own horses entered against each other, again not favourable for gaining stats. A random choice might help even this out a bit and possibly also help with the very heavy entries for the first 10 or so shows so you get less running half empty?

I like the random idea. Mix things up a little.

I tend to enter 'highest entries' just for the stats/points. But I do have some horses that I specifically enter in to 'most expensive' because they were already winning a good deal - I figured why not give them the chance to win even more.

I would use a 'random' option were it to be added.

i honestly dont change it.
i just click click click away to get them entered.
if the automatic choice was changed, i'd do the same. just click away.

so i support, i suppose ;]

I decided to try an experiment today.

Instead of doing the cheapest shows like I have been doing, I tried the highest entries, and hope to see my horses earn more stats. :)
