I DON'T KNOW IF RECOMMENDING PRODUCTS OR POSTING LINKS TO PRODUCTS IS ALLOWED, SO IF NOT, MODS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO REMOVE THEM OR DELETE THIS POST.

I've been meaning to post this for a VERY long time, but I keep forgetting D:

So, are there any other makeup obsessed freaks here? If so, tell me either you're current fav products, or share your makeup routine!

I'll do both, because...this is my post ♥

My current fav products are...
Becca shimmering skin perfector in "Opal" - My best friend just got this highlighter and I am SO JEALOUS! It's so worth $38.

EASILY Urban Decay's Naked Palette 2!!!

Urban Decay's Naked liquid foundation - I just used this for the first time today and it is the smoothest, weightless, non-cakey foundation I have EVER used. I highly recommend it.

and, of course, Kylie Jenner's "Like" gloss ♥ I'm a huge fan of all of Kylie's lip products.

(You don't have to put a link to each product, but I did just in case anyone wanted to try the products, or haven't been able to find a place to purchase them!)

For my makeup routine...
*I completely forgot my eyebrow steps, so, sorry lol*
1. I tone my face using Clinique's acne-clarifying "lotion" (I say "lotion" because it's actually a liquid)
2. I prime my face. I used to use Smashbox's "pore minimizing" toner, but I ran out and haven't gotten more yet, so I've just been using an E.L.F. primer.
3. Then, I use an ELF foundation brush (it doesn't have the exact name on it, so I couldn't tell you which one it was unless I saw a pic), and put two pumps of my UD Naked liquid foundation (listed above) on my hand, and dip my brush in it. Then I use circular motions and blend it in all over my face.
4. After that, I take my UD Naked concealer and draw triangles under my eyes with it, and dab small amounts on areas I have pimples (lol). I don't have a brush/sponge for it right now so today I just used my finger and blended it in, it worked fine (as far as I can tell).
5. I take my Revlon translucent finishing powder and brush in light amounts of the product on places where my foundation seems kind of "greasy" (it's not actually greasy, but the foundation has a shiny finish, and I like matte finishes, so I just this powder to fix that.)
6. I then take my Sephora powder foundation and use a Flower powder foundation brush and spread a light amount across my face using a circular motion.
7. Then I take my ELF contouring bronze/blush powder duo, and using the bronzing powder with an ELF "Powder brush", I contour just below my cheek bones, temples, nose, and jawline.
8. Next, I use a Clinique blush (the top is missing so I'm not actually even sure if it's clinique, or what shade it is) using the same ELF brush, and spread it on the apples of my cheeks.
9. Afterwards, I take my MAC highlighter in "Lightscapade" using the same brush and highlight my cheek bones, chin, forehead, tip of my nose, and cupid's bow (I like to highlight a lot, ok?)
10. For eyeshadow, I have a BUNCH of different palettes I use, and I rotate which ones I use, so I won't even go into that.
11. For mascara, however, I recently bought "The Quickie" Kardashian beauty mascara, and I LOVE it. I do both my top and bottom lashes. (I very rarely will use false lashes, but I have a few pairs that I absolutely love. If you message me I can tell you which ones they are.)
12. For lips, I always do something different, but today I'm using Kylie Jenner's "Heir" metal matte lipstick.

So, that's my schpeal (or however you spell that.) What's yours?!

PS. If you want links to any of the products I use that aren't listed, message me and I will gladly find some for you ♥

I can't say I'm a geek per se, but I use skin care every day and make-up every working day.

So, here is my routine.

1. Right after washing my face I wipe it with cleansing tonic by Natura Siberica to remove any remnants of creams I used in previous evening (I'll describe them later).
2. Without drying my face I apply the 3 Second hyaluronic starter by Holika Holika, and let it dry by itself while I make my bed.
3. After the starter dried a little I apply skin care: 1001 Arctic Roses eye cream-serum for eyelids and Snow Cladonia day cream for face and neck skin.

It's a very good skin care, I use it for last 10 months and I noticed that it reduced my age wrinkles quite nicely. Though, I have to say that while Holika Holika products are rather universal for any type of skin, Natura Siberica is either hit or miss. From the feedback I see in the internet, either it does wonders for your skin or it doesn't suit you at all. I was lucky to fall in the "does wonders" category. If anyone decide to try Natura Siberica products, please take it into account.

Then the make-up:

4. I use starter by Holika Holika. It cover pores and lighten face color a bit. I don't use it in summer, going right the next step.
5. Instead of foundation I use Moisturizing or Bouncing Petit BB cream by Holika Holika. I usually get enough sleep and I walk 10 km each day so I don't have any shadows under eyes and don't need any concealer for that. This BB cream is enough.
6. Also, I usually don't apply any primer to eyelids, instead I use eyeshadow Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr in shade #93 Creme de Nude. It suit very well my eyelids skin color, doubling as a base eyeshadow, and keep all following make-up in its place, as a standard primers do.
7. Eyebrows. For them I use an eyebrow kit by Oriflame, not sure about its particular name, I have it for a long time. I fix them with transparent fixing gel by Vivienne Sabo.
8. For the eye make-up itself I have several favourite pallets and single eyeshadows: Naked Basics, three Wet-n-Wild trio: Walking on Eggshels, Sweet as Candy, Silent Treatment, and another two Color Tattoo 24hr: #40 Permanent Taupe and #70 Metallic Pomegranate. I have a lot of others eyeshadows, mostly Korean, but I rarely use them.
9. For mascara and liner: Max Factor Masterpiece Transform and Inglot AMC eyeliner gel #89.
10. I don't use powder, and sometime I use Maybelline Master Sculpt. And I don't use lipstick during the summer but I have Nouba Millebaci #39 stored for after the summer.

11. For removing the make-up I use two products by Natura Siberica: mositurizing foam for removing eye make-up and cleansing gel (sorry, I couldn't find the last product at English version of the site).
12. Also, I use Exfoliating face scrub or Gentle face piling if needed.
13. Then I repeat the step from the morning and apply Holika Holika starter, this time the collagen one.
14. And the last step, I apply evening skin care, also by Natura Siberica, from Snow Cladonia series: eye serum, eye cream, and night cream for face and neck.

Sometimes for steps 3 and 14 I use different product - Instant face mask against skin fatique, another product I couldn't find at English version of the site. I use this mask as a cream, without washing away, and it works very well.

Ok I just went nuts reading this post because I love skincare routine!!

My current routine:
1) The Face Shop Mung Bean foaming cleanser
2) COSRX Blackhead BHA liquid
3) The Face Shop Chia Seed toner (water based and helps retain moisture) I don't do well with oil based toners/cleansers
4) After this, in the morning I use MISSHA Time Revolution Essence, and in the night time I use MISSHA Time Revolution Night Repair Ampoule
5) The Face Shop Chia Seed Emulsion

NEOGEN is also a great brand I love! I love their cleansers b/c they have actual bits of green tea/rose/blueberry/whatever floating in it. Check it out!

Let's see...totally not a makeup geek, so...

1) Wash my face with a wet Norwex cloth (sometimes)
2) Apply witch hazel extract to places where acne is present
3) Apply pencil eyeliner on outer halves of top and bottom eyelid
4) Use small brush to blend eyeliner
5) Apply one coat of mascara to each upper eye lash

Yup. Simple is beautiful. XD

Ok so I'm not a makeup geek at all and stick to very simple and cheap
1) wipe down face with a Nutragena wet cloth
2) then I occasionally add a slight bit of blush
3) for my eyes I do mainly natural colors with a bit of gold ish tint, really brings out my natural glow
4) curls eyelashes, and applies mascara
5) rummages threw bag of glosses and lip butters and usually pics a very natural/nude color

Yes I know I am very very basic. I've never really used all the face stuff such as foundation, primer, all that stuff. But I'm hoping to get more experienced and work my way up into that level. :) I also buy a lot if my makeup from drugstores cause I'm a cheap girl lol

This is me with no makeup on Yup. So I really don't need any makeup but when I do where some it's only a tad bit to bring some pop and glow to my dark eyes

* UPDATE* So I've been watching tons of makeup tutorials and such in YouTube and today I went on a little shopping trip to gather up some much needed makeup. I bought some Maybelline BB cream 3-in 1 beauty balm skin perfector, Covergirl Ready Set Gorgeous concealer, wet n wild mega protein mascara, a new eyelash curler, eye brow brush, foundation brush, full face brush, and a beauty blender. After I bought all this I went home and began learning how to 'put on my face', lol. I finally finished it a few minutes ago, it was crazy simple, and I'm loving how I look! My face now looks incredible and is very glowy and refreshed.

I haven't worn makeup in at least 6-7months (that I can remember), but my FAVORITE product is the Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 wet cleansing cloths . They seem to work very well for my acne and as a general makeup remover. If I keep them in my car (it gets very warm here), I will store the pouch in a ziploc bag to keep them from drying out. I use Mary Kay foaming facial cleanser and have my eyebrows waxed or threaded and... that's about it.

I'm not a make-up geek,

Routine :
1. Brush teeth
2. Wash face with available soap
3. Apply SPF red tinted Blistex Lip Vibrance whenever needed.
*4. If spending any time outdoors applying liberal amounts of 30+ SPF sunblock.

but... I'm a total nail polish freak

I use mainly Essie, but also Sally Hanson (I love the color called "Walk the Plank" my all time favorite). I also have gel polishes and the curing light, however I use that sparingly because it is so rough on your nails when you remove it. When I do my fingernails I take about 5 hours to do it (with regular polish and when I do it right) or 2 hours with gel polish. I've ruined my keyboard once by spilling acetone (the good kind, 100% acetone) on it while doing my nails. lolz The only thing I used pintrest for is finding ideas for nail art. -.-

I'd really like to try the Sally Hansen Miracle Gel nail polish, but I haven't had the chance yet. Anyone have experiences with it?

@demure - i'll have to try those. always willing to experiment with makeup remover wipes.

@aglet - i have a bottle or two of sally hansen, but rarely paint my nails because horse dirt doesn't usually look good with nail polish lol. but i did look up the "walk the plank" color and it is very pretty!
