Ah well fingers crossed the foal gets both dilutes and the silver eh? Then it might not be so bad to be part of the bandwagon xD

But at least you'd have some extra copies of some fairly nice genes to put into your projects, right? And a few generations later it wouldn't matter too much ;D

Mainly right now I'm hoping to use my girl to get better conformation/stats into my stock...and probably gonna need to raise several more foundies >_> Well, I'll worry about that when I get there haha.

I don't know how I want to use the foal...or IF I even want to XD Her momma is a buckskin with a Crcr gene and he's got CrCr, so fingers crossed there. And maybe with some luck he'll get a copy of the silver too. I'd really only use the foal if it did come out with some sort of cream gene, since I'm breeding for color. I FOR SURE wouldn't mix him in with my foundation lines though D:

It'd be a pretty young'un if it gets a copy of the silver--I get what you mean by not wanting to cross into the foundies though. My plans are to integrate the genes, then keep breeding until there's a good stat/conf combination and then start breeding into the colts I have out of Colston's line--so it'd be a fair while before that starts happening :'D

At the same time, though, technically the sooner the lines get crossbred then the sooner the generation gap gets large enough to not trigger the 5 generation limit on inbreeding... Even though that's not very pretty--I guess that'd depend on how far back into pedigrees some people go haha. Mostly hoping to retain the silver on mine, and the sabino that she got from her mother which I like a lot more than tobiano xD

I loooooove sabinos in the TWH breed. Way more than tobiano.

Yaaaasss sabino in general just looks a lot nicer imo xD TWHs' tobiano is a bit awkward-looking, but eh well.

If you need to rehome the foal somewhere, I might be able to take it c: I don't breed TWHs - even if I did eventually breed her it would maybe be like once (but I doubt it, even then) if she turned out to be eeeeexcellent. Plus then I'd prob keep the foal so it would never mix with your guys' lines :P

ugh I was going to breed to him, but then I saw how many foals he had, and quickly turned on my heels and said "Nope"
