[hoofie] Do you own any of these?

So, I had a look through my old hard drive and found loads of my old characters :D Does anyone own these now? Or even know where they are?

I haven't seen them used for a very long time, and as per my rules they will be reclaimed in 10 days if no one gets in touch about them here! Syrien helped me see this in a different way, so they won't be reclaimed anymore! Yayyy! I'd still love to know who owns these though :3

Some I'd love to buy back if you no longer want them :D EVD and/or art payments :D

But I don't feel like you should be able to reclaim characters.
Just because you don't see them being used or they aren't being used on EV anymore doesn't mean they're not being used at all and you can't actually prove that they're not.
It seems unfair that someone who buys a char from you even if it's not made by you and buys tons of art and stuff of it and you can just reclaim it because they're on hiatus or something when you do this.

Arty: It s clearly stated in my rules when selling characters that if they are not used then they will be re-claimed. People don't like that rule? Then don't buy the character. Regarding re-sales, each person is told to put that rule alongside the character of mine they are selling.
My art, my rules :) Some of these characters haven't been used for years. Regarding off site use, all my characters are not permitted to be used offsite. That is specified in the sale rules too.

I don't care that it's in your rules, I'm merely stating that they are unfair and you have no way of knowing if the person moved off EV but still uses them.

Again, if they moved off EV and are using them elsewhere, that is also against my rules.

They could be creating art of them and not uploading them anywhere. Surely that's not against the rules.

Not using them but still making and buying art for them

But also not on EV

I feel like art should be like EV horses to a point. Once you sell it, it's sold. You shouldn't have the right to dictate what people do with it to an extent that you can just take it back without recompense to the former owner.

Syrien: No, I suppose :) If they don't get back in touch then I suppose they can be kept, but I would like to know who these have all gone to still - most of them aren't with who I sold them to, even though they weren't allowed to be re-sold XD Thanks for helping me see it a different way Syrien :3
