Upgrading Tack?

#52681 Posted on 2016-07-13 10:37:22

Since I've just discovered I could upgrade tack, I am of course going to use this feature to it's fullest potential. But before I start upgrading, I was wondering, does any know (or have an estimate) how much 16 sets of tack will cost to upgrade? I would really like to know before I start upgrading, so that I can avoid digging into a money hole.

I believe it is somewhere in the 7,000 dollar range to completely upgrade one set of tack. So roughly 112,000 for all your horses.

You might find it much cheaper to buy fully upgraded tack from the item market than to upgrade your own tack.

found this so you can do the actual math yourself ;)

Thank you, insomniaglet! That information is very helpful. Since I can't repair tack, not having a deluxe account and all, I will consider my opinions before spending any money on more tack or upgrades.

I'm pretty sure you can still repair tack without a deluxe account, but you have to do it one piece at a time, instead of using the Repair All button.

Oh, that's true! I just realized that I tried Repair All, so I-a moment ago-went back and clicked Repair; which worked. I am really happy to learn that I can repair tack.

Silly mistake on my part.
