Being able to add banks to private groups

I think we should be able to do this, so that, if someone contributes money for a horse or new tack, or whatever the group is saving up for, they can make sure that they are not sending the money to someone who is irresponsible, and will keep the money for themselves, or, just by accident, forget about it, and use it for their personal use.
