I do layouts, but I recommend Koyott's manips as well - they're always really nice.

Mine are 750k - I only do manips though, so if you're looking for large art someone else would be better suited for that.

Yep, that includes coding, and I'm fine with a split if you want to do that. There are some examples of manips on my dA (it's linked on my page in the right-hand column) if you want to look those over before deciding.
