I have a couple of those and it says "Please Note: This will remove any gray from the horse." I thought with this item you can customize the horse coat but it seems it only removes the grey. How does it work exactly? Thank you!

It does customize the coat when it works properly.

You select the horses, then you get to select the coat color you want and presto new horses color.

Grey is removed and then the new coat color is added.
