Yinyang

The black and white mare nodded with a soft hum, she could understand Sorrow's worry. But that didn't mean she would encourage it, she would rather the red maned mare be more relaxed and enjoy her life. But Sorrow was a responsible mare and she made sure they were all safe... Helios also seemed to do same thing, always watching for danger. So Yinyang was always trying to be optimistic despite the incoming danger just to make sure everyone was not stressed. But with Sorrow's sudden jerk of her head, she knew something was up. Though hearing Helios's name leave the younger mare's mouth caused worry to stir in Yinyang. So the the two toned mare cocked her head to the side, her ears twitching as she tried to catch the sound that Sorrow heard. "Is something the matter, Sorrow?" Yinyang asked, taking a few steps towards the mare. Though she did glance to the trees as a sound reached her ears, a neigh maybe?

Helios

It was instant, as soon as Sorrow thought she heard the sound of hoof on packed Earth so did the dark stag through her thoughts. But there was nothing else, no muffled anxious or excited thoughts. If they are coming they are out of range. he thought to himself. I don't hear anything... but I thought I heard it too. He lifted his head from the ground and closed his molten gold orbs, brows furrowing as he concentrated. Small orange flames started to dance all over his body as he turned his internal temperature up. The yellow and red in his mane and tail slowly faded outward as blue and white took over. His body lightened then went white, the small arcane symbols on his sides and face transitioned in slowly then emitted a soft glow. Small blue and white flames danced over his entire body.
Before he opened his eyes he could hear them, there were so many that it was hard to focus on just one or two voices. Nervous, anxious, excited and hopeful feelings all mixed together. A few visions came to him, a large round pen was situated in the middle of the town, its walls were high and made of a material that Helios had never seen, but every man was confident that it would hold. Another of the back of a horses head, in the background there were many more horses with men on their backs, spread out in a "u" shape as they raced towards the "Sacred Herd" Thought after thought were sifted through in milliseconds, but it seemed like ages.
Helios gasped when he opened his now electric blue orbs, there were so many thoughts that he couldn't hear his own, it was almost maddening. His head flew in the direction they were coming from They're coming for us! They are going to try to round us up like the commons! he yelled, trying to hear his own voice over the thoughts running through his skull. There is a large pen in the town, made of some, shiny material! They have us surrounded and are very confident that this will work! he shouted over the voices. His gaze fell back on the herd, There isn't much we can do! We could try to rush them instead, see if they split and leave a hole! he yelled, trying to form some sort of plan.

Yinyang - Sorry for the length and I hope this situation that happens below is not too over powerful on my part, I tried to still leave the over all scene end for you guys to decide.

Yinyang's blue eyes widened as the humans and their mounts started to surround them, confidence gleaming in their eyes and through their voices. The black and white mare looked left and right, no way to escape but through the humans. She heard part of Helios's plan, it could work... With a liitle help of her mind tricks. She took one glance to her companions before yelling towards them. "I have an idea, just all run towards those three humans there." She gestured to the right where three large man on bay coloured horses were, a clearing behind them that might give them a escape route. She though would not follow as she had to focus for this to work. And as she took a deep breath, guilt already rose in her as she thought about what she was going to do.

With another deep breath, she forced herself to believe this was for the better of the herd. So without further thoughts, she forced herself into the minds of the three large men on bay horses where the group were hopefully running towards, and created a illusion of them being swooped by many birds, constantly flapping in their faces. With this distraction, it caused a gap to grow, hopefully enough for her friends to escape. But soon her concentration was broken with rope being flung over her neck, tightening quickly. She only hoped that her friends actually got enough time to escape before she was caught, because she wouldn't be able to give them that chance again until another opportunity shows itself... And that could be a long while.

The young stallion's first instinct was to fight, and to do so fiercely. He pushed himself through two of the mounted men. He knocked one of the men off of his horse, and raised his body up, preparing to bring himself down upon the man, knowing he wouldn't miss, and that he had perfect aim, he was about to slam his hooves down on the man, when a thick, rough tendril that he had never seen before was tossed around his neck and jerked him away. He let out a loud call to the rest of the herd. "They have came to take us away! Everyone run!" He called out, though he was well aware it was to late for most of them, if not all of them. He saw Yinyang taken by the same strange string around her neck. He began pulling away from the man who was his capture, and was strong enough to pull away, but two more were thrown around his neck, and pulled tight until he couldn't move at all.
His thoughts were a mess, he could hardly breathe as he attempted to get away, but he couldn't move in the slightest, and it worsened as he tried to do move. he tossed his head back and forth, but nothing helped him.

Pandora + Panera + Panorama

Each head was looking in a different direction as they ran towards the spot Yinyang had cleared, but as she was about to burst through, it closed, and they turned to get away, as one of the humans threw a bending branch thing at one of their heads, Panera's. But it missed and grabbed the front left leg, the one Panera and Panorama shared. Their body fell to the ground as they struggled, and more of the things were thrown around each of their neck's and some more on their legs.
They let out shriek like neighs as the tried to struggle free from the humans' grasps.

Sebastian

He lifted his head and snorted. The discord in the heard was making his eyes glow lighter than they usually did. He smiled with his sharp carnivores teeth. He then sensed the disgusting smell of another life form. They were blood thirsty. "What the Heck!" he snapped as he looked around. The fire was getting closer. Snaps and evil remarks in a language he would never understand grew louder. He ran over to the other horses. "What is going on!" he said reasonably. Just then a man with black hair and what seemed to be a marking (tattoo) on his face. (Not a tattoo with ink, the ones they had then... the burnt.) He grabbed him by his face and Sebastian kicked, biting his sharp teeth into what he thought was a deformed hoof. He looked at Sorrow. "What are these things?

Kal was suddenly shaken from his thoughts. Several horses seemed to lose their composure, but quickly recovered. Kal looked towards Helios and listened to his plan, then saw Yinyang charge into the fray of men on horseback. There were several enclosures behind the men, who looked very confident about their plan. Kalahkaari paused for a second, letting his anger overtake him. How dare these humans try to take him and the other horses he lived with? With any other thought, Kal charged after Yinyang, who was headed towards three other horses. Would he regret this later? Yes, he would, but if it meant his capture to keep another herd member free, he would do it. Besides, he knew he was going to be captured anyway. With the distraction that the black and white mare created, a little gap began to open. Ignoring it, Kal started bucking and running in a subtle zig-zag pattern, hoping it would distract the humans. Despite his efforts, Kal felt something coarse and rough tighten around his neck, just causing him to buck more. He heard yelling and some triumphant shouts, but Kal wasn't willing to let the humans feel victorious just yet. With the last bit of his strength, Kal reared, hoping to shake off the material around his neck. "No luck," he thought angrily. "Make them pay!" Kal thought as he still pawed the ground and made efforts to rear again, but continued to feel more ropes tighten around his neck.

Sorrow released a panicked cry as he charged forward to escape through the gap of men, but just as she thought there was a possibility she would be free, even more men showed up. A man charged up to her on a rather large stallion, two others flanking him. She reared, and kicked her hooves at the intruders, but they were too fast for her.
Right as they were moving to circle here, one of the tamed horses rammed into her side causing her fall unbalanced, and land on her side. Her nostrils flared in fear as she desperately attempted to get back up while looking for the others in her herd. As she was attempted to get up shakily, lassos were flung at her, looping around her neck securely.
She kicked desperately but extra ropes wrapped around her hind legs, only tripping her again.
"Hey, careful!"
"Put her down, she's gonna hurt herself!"
"Hey, hey, hey!"
"Watch out for that other one!"
Everywhere, she heard the humans screaming orders at each other, trying to herd the horses away from each other. She attempted to jerk away, but the lassos around her neck choked her back and she fell, unable to get up any longer. She whinnied to the others as they secured her, some humans dismounting to surround her.

Sebastian

Sebastian fling his head to where Sorrow was. His heart dropped, and he ran toward them. He knew he could do nothing, but he tried anyway. He bit a human and kicked another one. He looked above one to see Sorrow. He turned to the other humans and began to roar. He reared and then collapsed. The humans had pulled him down. This one was even creepier than the last, and had a start in a circle shaved into his head. He lassod Sebastian and the others jumped onto him. Yet, others were still over and holding Sorrow. His plan did not work. He shrieked and yelled. "You stupid humans! I thought you worshiped us you monsters!!!" Of course, all they could hear was helpless neighs.
"What was all that about. It was like he gave himself to us."
"That mare is probably his mate or something."
"That is enough! We need more."
"Yes sir!"
Sebastian looked over at Sorrow. "I am sorry." he said.

I got Yinyang new art, or finally done it. Not the best, but I'm getting there with the colouring... Hopefully. This looks much better. XD

Yinyang

Yinyang grunted and snorted as she struggled in the two ropes that were lassoed around her neck, cutting into her skin as they were yanked by the humans. She kicked out her legs and snapped at the humans when they got too close with her teeth. But no matter how much she tried, she only ended up with another rope around her back right leg and felt her herself fall as the leg was tugged out from beneath her. The only other herd member she could see was Kal, and that was because he followed her, anyone else she only hoped was safe. But with a stretch of her neck, she caught a glimpse of Helios because he was far too large to miss, and she felt relief that she knew two stallions were okay. But dread filled her when she couldn't catch sight of the other herd members. "This is wrong." The black and white mare cried, struggling to stand up from her position on the ground, but her hooves could not get a grip so she sighed with defeat as she slumped down.

(So... Helios is a fire pon... and rope + fire = no more rope... so I had a hard time thinking of something but I didn't want to go overboard and rescue everyone lol... So I went a little overboard in the other direction I guess... ._.)

Helios

Screams and cries from both human and horse were all around the large brute along with all the thoughts that went with them. He could hardly put his own thoughts together with all that was going on. He didn't hear what Yingyang had said but he heard her nervous thoughts as she created an escape for them. He went to rush out of the gap that Yinyang had made but was too slow. Ropes flew from multiple directions, landing around his neck but the small flames that danced over his body consumed them like starving predators before they could even tighten. His neck was covered in black soot from the attempts, it trailed down his chest and shoulders like black water. Blue orbs scanned the other herd members, they had all been caught by the snake-like tendrils. Their minds a mixture of rage, fear and sorrow. An idea quickly formed in his mind through all the chaos, If I could just reach them... he thought as he started into motion.

A loud snap echoed through the air, quickly followed by a sharp pain on his rump. Enraged, Helios reared and turned towards the man on the large black horse. His heavy hooves like thunder as they returned to the ground. The man's mind told the brute that he was in charge, the leader of this mission to capture the "Sacred Ones". The man also knew what Helios was about to do and was prepared to do anything to keep him away from the other herd members. The large stag shivered as the thoughts rolled off of this man, then it hit him, He knows, he knows about my powers, he knows about us all! His eyes widened with the realization but his expression quickly changed to hostility They were spying on us! he channeled to the others quickly They know everything... he said, as another snap echoed through the air, this one landed on his shoulder. Black soot separated itself from the stag and flew through the air in a small cloud as Helios half reared and squealed with rage, turning towards the town. He was surrounded by men on horses with similar devices all ready and willing to do the same. They were caught and that was the end of it, there was no point in trying to escape now.

He pushed his internal temperature down and his body came back to its normal coloring with a loud whoosh, it was best to just surrender. The men besides him gasped at the sound and sudden change then cheered loudly as they threw more ropes around him. Helios snorted loudly, charging his internal temperature to burn the ropes off once more. The men cried out in rage but the brute turned his large dome to face the man on the black horse. He has already surrendered, there was no need for more ropes. The man put his arm in the air, waving off his men and their ropes. The large brute returned his head forward and kept his gaze on the town before them. What will be next? he wondered.
