ART!!! (Custom Preferred)

I have decided the time has come for me to have a page design and a matching tag and signature, but I am really short on time to create my own, so I am looking to hire an artist. Is there anyone here who might be able to help me out? I'm open to paying someone or doing some trading.

Please include information about prices and where I can see art samples; I'm going to be shopping around for a style I like first and foremost, so I'm not placing priority on low costs, but I do need to know how much to stash away toward the cost of my page design.

I can only do traditional art. You would have to hire someone else to line those on the computer. :)

I can! XD I can't code, or do manips very well, but I can colour and line! XD

:) I can attempt to do a manip though XD 50K for the tag, 80K for the manip :) 130K altogether :)

LOL! Well, art options are popping up...now I need to find the person who can code. :)
